La actuación de la policía en Madrid ha sido admirable en misiones imposibles de cumplir a pie de letra. ¿No lo saben Aguirre y Rajoy?

The quality of those translations llama mucho la atención: is striking. Spanish translations are always, invariably awful. Yet the members of the movement keep saying that their organization is all “horizontal”. The term caught on overnight, apparently also by spontaneous generation.

Es el paisaje de la provincia de Toledo cerca de Villatobas a unos 60 km de Madrid (check)
Se acercan así a la capital. Una de sus prioridades podría ser el cambio en la ley de las hipotecas. De momento los más pobres que pierden el trabajo también pierden la vivienda, pero se quedan con la deuda de por vida.
Técnicamente hablando, se convierten así en esclavos del banco que figuran en la contabilidad como a c t i v o s. Es gracias a estos pobres embargados que la Banca Española parece tan sólida.
¿No es así como José en Egipto se hizo propietario del país entero?

From all parts of Spain they are coming, by bus, by car, on bikes, on foot. In Madrid they will try to decide on their priorities, e.g. a change in the mortgage laws. At present the poorest of the poor who become unemployed lose their flat and get burdened with the debt for life.
Strictly speaking, the owner of the flat becomes a slave owned by the bank and entered as an a s s e t in the books. The banks end up owning the poor, and that makes them look so solid.
The story is reminiscent of how Joseph in Egypt ended up owning the land and its people.

Los 15M cantan “No es crisis, es el sistema”.
¿Y si el sistema se hunde?
Pues entonces el 15M con su drama y sus ideales, todo sería redundante o absurdo.
Quoting from an El País comment: “While the Titanic is sinking, the 15M movement complain about the band’s repertory.”
A 15M slogan says: “It isn’t a crisis, it”s the system!”
So what if the system breaks down? The 15M ideals and most of their dramas would suddenly look absurd.

Hay en la prensa una tendencia de confundir los M15 con la marcha laica. Esta confusión es peligrosa, y podría ser interesada.
27 de agosto: ¿Constitución PPSOE?
Quieren imponer un techo constitucional al gasto público, y eso sin antes decidir juntos cómo se podría recortar el gasto.
¿Así se corrige un estilo de vida?

El Gobierno anuncia elecciones anticipadas para el día 20 de noviembre. Hay mucha gente que cree que con el cambio de gobierno cambiará la situación económica.
Hay gente que cree que la crisis es culpa de Zapatero.
National elections have been scheduled for November 20. There are people who believe that a change of government will somehow bring about a change in the economy.
Some believe that Zapatero himself must be blamed for the present state of affairs.

Hay que actualizarlo, a ver, si estamos a 25 de octubre
Primero ahora hay que ver lo que le pasa al euro, si se salva o no. Y qué es lo que Rajoy saca del armario después de las elecciones.
¿Y qué iba a sacar? Si hay 1 500 000 pisos sin vender, y si un piso valía por término medio unos 200 000 euros, ¿quién paga el desastre?
Eso se sabía desde hace mucho tiempo.
