Those are in picture format, but you can also copy them as Word documents where the text can be modified to suit your requirements:
job-application-1……job-application-2 ……job-application-3
.
…………………………………………………………………………………………..
A letter of this kind normally goes with a summary of formation and employment data called a CV, short for curriculum vitae.

http://64.233.183.104/search?q=cache
but consider that a form is more tiring on the reader and a lot less inviting than a letter.

– your complete name
– your address
– your phone number
– the reference of the ad you are answering : a name, a number, or a department.

:-D
And how is that related to job applications?
